Born in Moscow and raised in Novosibirsk, I have dedicated over six years to nurturing the emotional and psychological development of children as a child psychologist. My academic journey includes a bachelor's degree in psychology from Novosibirsk State University and a master's in child psychology and psychotherapy. Further training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Children and Adolescents at the Association of Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy has equipped me with effective techniques to address children's emotional and behavioral challenges.
In my practice, I embrace play-based methods to help children articulate their feelings and navigate complex emotions. By fostering a safe and supportive environment through games and creative activities, I encourage open communication and bolster children's self-confidence.
My approach extends beyond the children to include their families, emphasizing the importance of parental understanding and support in a child's emotional journey. Building trusting relationships with families enables us to collaboratively nurture the harmonious growth of each child.
Witnessing children embark on journeys of discovery, overcome obstacles, and flourish emotionally and socially fuels my passion for this work.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy playing the guitar, tennis, and skating on ice or roller skates. Hiking with the right music inspires me to explore new paths and places. These hobbies not only keep me active but also cultivate a creative atmosphere that enriches both my life and the lives of the children I work with.
