My name is Marli Roulstone, and I am a passionate educator with four years of teaching experience. I graduated with honors in Education from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and am dedicated to recognizing and nurturing the unique potential of each student.
I firmly believe that teaching is more than just a job; it is a vocation that requires dedication, empathy, and a passion for lifelong learning. For me, education is a collaborative effort that involves not only students but also parents, teachers, and the community. My commitment to the intellectual and emotional development of each student is at the heart of my work.
My professional journey has allowed me to develop and implement enriching educational programs. I coordinated the Life Skills curriculum in collaboration with my fellow teachers, creating a positive and engaging classroom environment. My teaching approach is student-centered, focusing on developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and social skills.
Outside the classroom, I have a passion for music and played the clarinet during my school years. This interest, along with my involvement in the arts and sports, reflects my belief in the importance of a well-rounded education that nurtures both the mind and the heart, encompassing all aspects of a child’s development.
